NMHD trust has been setting up networks with the Rural Health & Education infrastructure in Palghar District, Maharashtra and the Kullu District, Himachal Pradesh. These networks have been expanded in the year 2019 and a Child Guidance Clinic set up in Palghar with partnership with the local health government. This network is a model of tertiary care in the form of a Public-Private Partnership. Partnership between RBSK,GOI, Vedanta Institute of Research and Health Sciences and Project Noor that have led to setting up of a Child Guidance Clinic for children with special needs in Dahanu Taluka, Palghar District. The Clinic was inaugurated by Dr Kanchan Wanavre, Civil Surgeon, Palghar.

Partnering with disability organizations and provide training to enhance the skills of their workers in the management of children with special needs.

Expanding the networks in the areas of Palghar, Dahanu Taluka and Kullu District to explore possibilities of setting up Public Private Partnerships.
