Teletherapy Project – Creating a sustainable and replicable model of intervention through technology
A Collaboration between Project Noor, Mumbai & Abha Seva Sadan Multitherapy Charitable Center, Jharkhand
This project is a partnership between a community-based organization (CBO) in rural India and a professional organization providing training and teletherapy support. The aim of the project was to fill the human resource gaps that exist in rural areas for the provision of therapeutic interventions to children with neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDD) in low resource settings
The Project had two main components
Component 1 - Capacity building of the health workers in areas of holistic management of children with developmental disabilities
Component 2 - Tracking the progress of children with developmental disabilities enrolled under the project through the nine-month span of the project.

Children baseline and midline scores showed improvements on functional outcomes
Outcomes
All 31 children showed improvement in their functional goals from base line to end-line.
